How to Make a Purchase

To place an order, make sure you are logged in to your Petswarehouse accountĀ orĀ create a new account.Ā Ā 

Next, search for the items you would like to order.Ā Use the search bar at the top of the page to search for products. Or,Ā shop by pet to browseĀ different categories.Ā Click on a product to see more details.Ā To add theĀ product to your cart, click on the orange button thatĀ saysĀ ā€œAdd to Cart.ā€Ā 

After you addĀ something to your cart, you canĀ keep shopping orĀ check out. To check out,Ā click on the orange button thatĀ saysĀ ā€œProceed toĀ Checkout.ā€Ā While you’re shopping,Ā you can alwaysĀ click the cart in the upper right corner of your screen toĀ view your shopping cart or proceed to checkout.Ā 

On the checkout page, add or select your shipping address.Ā  Next,Ā add your select your payment method. Before you place your order,Ā review the items in your cart. Ā When you’re ready, click the button thatĀ saysĀ ā€œPlace Order.ā€Ā We’ll send you an email confirming your order!

How are Frozen Items Shipped

We ship fresh, refrigerated and frozen items separately from other items in your order for the fastest delivery. We use insulated packaging and dry ice to keep items cold or frozen during shipping. The dry ice may be gone when your package arrives, but your items should still feel cold or frozen to the touch.

How are Fish Tanks Shipped

Fish tanks are securely shipped on a wooden pallet and enclosed in a custom wooden crate at no additional cost. Delivery is handled by a professional freight carrier and includes liftgate service, also at no extra charge.

Depending on your location and delivery access, the pallet will be placed at your front door or garage. Customers are responsible for bringing the tank inside the home.

For an additional fee of $200–$300, we offer optional White Glove Delivery, which includes bringing the fish tank inside your home.

Upon delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to carefully inspect the fish tank for any damage before signing the delivery receipt.

How to Check my Order Status

To check the status of your order,Ā go toĀ Orders.Ā Here’s what you willĀ see:Ā 

Preparing Fulfillment:Ā This meansĀ we’re currentlyĀ processing and packing the goodies for your pet.Ā You’ll receive an email to let you know we received your order.Ā WhenĀ your order ships, we’ll sendĀ anotherĀ email with tracking information.Ā 

Shipped:Ā Your order has left our warehouse.Ā WithinĀ 24 to 48 hours,Ā you will alsoĀ see tracking information for your package.Ā 

Delivered:Ā Your order has arrived!Ā Orders are delivered 7 days a week before 10 p.m.
